To return a product to IrisTech, follow these steps:

1. Open a case in PayPal. IrisTech refunds all PayPal cases, but it may take a week or two.
2. If the purchase was made with a method other than PayPal, send the following information via PM in Discord:
   • The email the purchase was made with (if paid with PayPal, it's the email connected to the device)
   • The Transaction ID of the purchase (this can be found in the PayPal history when clicking on the payment and getting the information page shown on the screenshot)
   • The reason for wanting a refund – this helps IrisTech improve their software and services.

Please note that PayPal transactions older than 180 days cannot be refunded. Also, IrisTech cannot find the purchase without the email used for the purchase and the Transaction ID of the purchase. If the product is not working or the customer is not satisfied with it, IrisTech will always refund the payments. However, if the product has been used for a long time (for example, 5 years), and then a refund is requested, IrisTech may remove the activation codes and block future purchases.

Yes, Iris Tech has a Movie mode that sets the brightness to 120% for users to watch dark movies. However, users should be careful when using extended brightness values over 100% because they can cause eye strain and discomfort.
